    Example:

    • Checkbox must not be pre-checked.
    • Add a link to your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  2. Clear Disclosure Statement Near the Submit Button:
    Example:
    “By clicking ‘Submit,’ you agree to receive messages from Big Ideas AI Inc. at the contact information provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.”

For QR Codes

  1. Call-to-Action Text Below the QR Code:
    Example:
    “Scan to learn more and sign up for updates! By scanning this code, you agree to receive promotional messages from Big Ideas AI Inc. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

  2. Landing Page Disclosure (After QR Code Scan):
    Example:
    “By submitting this form, you consent to receiving messages via SMS, email, or phone from Big Ideas AI Inc. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.”

For SMS Optins:

  1. Keyword Advertisement:
    Example:

  2. Confirmation Message:
    Example:

For Physical Sign Up Sheets (at Events)
